Our goal is to provide a space where players can connect, trade, and discuss all things related to Japanese TCGs. Privacy is very important to Japanese TCG Collective. We are required to comply with the Federal Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and therefore our privacy policy applies to any personal information we collect, use or disclose, including the personal information of customers.
How and why we collect personal information
We collect personal information in order to provide various services to our clients. This is mainly for promotional emails and discounts including the use of address for shipping your products correctly.
How we use and disclose personal information
We do not use or disclose personal information for any purpose that is unrelated to the services we provide and that you would not reasonably expect (except with client consent). We have a duty to maintain the confidentiality of our clients’ affairs, including personal information. Our duty of confidentiality to our clients applies, except where disclosure of personal information is consented to by the client or is compelled by law.
Client personal information may be disclosed to approved third parties who are also required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We endeavour to protect any personal information that we hold from misuse and/or loss, and to protect it from unauthorised access, modification and/or disclosure.

Shipping Policy
Shipping for all orders with Japanese Tcg Collective will be sent in batches throughout the week on Wednesdays or Saturdays. Tracking will be provided via Aus Post as shipments are dispatched.
In the case of damaged or missing packages please forward any concerns you may have with the orader name and number in the subject line to japanesetcgcollective@outlook.com within 24 hours of recieving a delivered notification for you item. Refunds are to be disclosed as a case by case basis and require the return of stock to be unopened and in the correct packaging sealed with by the manufaturer.
Currency
